French Heat Death Toll Rises to 10,000

A top French official now says at least 10,000 people died from heat-related problems during Europe's recent record temperatures. The new figures are double previous estimates. A growing number of critics say the French government failed to meet the challenges of the heat crisis. Hear NPR's Nick Spicer.
