Nielsen Media Research dispensed with a separate ratings system measuring the size of audiences for Spanish-language television programming. That programming will now be measured alongside the English-language programming of major networks and cable, enabling advertisers to compare the audiences. Media researcher Brad Adgate discusses the change and the growth of the Hispanic television market with Renee Montagne.
