Eleven 11 Democratic legislators from Texas remain at a New Mexico hotel in self-imposed exile. The group left Texas to prevent a vote on a Republican-backed congressional redistricting bill. NPR's Renee Montagne talks with Sen. Leticia Van de Putte.
