Virginia Tech Report Criticizes School Officials
The Cho Findings
More than four months after the shootings at Virginia Tech, a state panel investigating the incident now has released its final report.
The report criticizes university officials both for the response to the shootings and for their handling of Seung-hui Cho in the months leading up to the killings in April.
Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine appointed the panel and asked members to investigate everything about the deadly incident.
