Va. Governor Says He Won't Call for Tech Firings

Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine says he agrees with a new report on the Virginia Tech massacre, but he says he won't call for the firing of university officials involved in the decision making on the tragic day.

The report says the university could have done more to prevent the April shootings.
