Some Episcopal parishes withhold donations to dioceses and the national church, protesting the confirmation of the denomination's first openly gay bishop. At one Virginia church, more than 40 percent of the congregation restricts their giving to the national church in the first week of the protest. Hear NPR's Barbara Bradley Hagerty.
