U.S. home sales jumped to a record high in July, fueled by record-low mortgage rates, the National Association of Realtors reports. The five-percent increase over June sales surprises many economists, who say they expect mortgage rates and home sales to stabilize in the months ahead. Hear NPR's Elaine Korry.
