Texas Redistricting Drama Continues

The Texas state legislature has wrapped up its second special session on the heated issue of congressional redistricting. Now, members are bracing for a third. Meanwhile, 11 Democratic state senators from Texas remain in New Mexico with their continuing boycott. NPR's Tony Cox weighs both sides of the issue with Texas Rep.
