Lawmakers are back from summer recess, and Wednesday's House Financial Services Committee hearing is first on the docket. Congress will take up the sub-prime mortgage issue, which could lead to more regulation of credit markets.

Steve Tripoli of Marketplace talks with Madeleine Brand about the upcoming hearings, as well as offers from credit card companies targeted at homeowners struggling to pay their mortgages.
