Holiday Inn Turns Towel Theft into Charity Effort

This week, Holiday Inn declared Towel Amnesty. Guests whose towels "followed them home" have been urged to go to the hotel chain's Web site and tell the story of their pilfered linens. In return, the chain offers forgiveness — and a $1 donation to charity on the pilferer's behalf. Hear NPR's Scott Simon and Holiday Inn Senior Vice President Mark Snyder.
