Russian Official Blames Negligence for Sub Disaster

Russia's defense minister blames Saturday's sinking of a decommissioned nuclear submarine on carelessness and violations of naval procedures. Nine sailors died when the sub sank to the bottom of the Barents Sea during rough weather. Hear NPR's Lawrence Sheets.
