St. Louis School-Closing Plan Draws Fire

A plan to close 16 schools in St. Louis will save the district about $15 million, helping close a $90 million budget deficit. But critics say the move will primarily affect black students in the north of the city. Hear NPR's Melissa Block and Kevin Lavery of member station KWMU.
