Deadly Blast at U.N. Headquarters in Baghdad

A car bomb rips through the headquarters of the U.N. mission to Iraq. At least 20 people are killed, and reports suggest U.N. special representative to Iraq Sergio Vieira de Mello may be wounded. NPR's Ivan Watson reports.
