Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas acknowledges differences within the Palestinian leadership and suggests he will resign unless given more power and support. In a speech to parliament, Abbas says without legitimate power in the hands of one authority, there can be no progress on the U.S.-backed road map to Mideast peace. Hear NPR's Linda Gradstein.
