Poland Spring Settles Class-Action Lawsuit

Poland Spring Water Co. agrees to settle a class-action suit alleging that its water doesn't come from a spring and isn't pure. The company does not admit to the allegations, but does agree to step up quality control and pay $10 million over the next five years in discounts to consumers and contributions to charities.
