Bush Judicial Pick Estrada Backs Out

Miguel Estrada, President Bush's controversial nominee to the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., asks that his name be withdrawn from consideration. The action, long expected in the wake of a Democratic filibuster, prompts cries of anguish from Republicans on Capitol Hill. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
