Retired Gen. Wesley Clark is considering a run for the presidency. He won wide acclaim for his command of the NATO-led force that brought down Slobodan Milosevic in Yugoslavia, but he has never held elected office. Clark says he will make a decision about his campaign within two weeks. He speaks to NPR's Juan Williams.
