GAO Report Criticizes Homeland Security

The Government Accountability Office has issued a report that criticizes the performance of the Department of Homeland Security.

The report says that since DHS opened its doors in 2003, it has failed to achieve more than half of the things it's been assigned to do.

DHS says the GAO used vague standards and out-of-date information.
