Power Outage Hearings Full of Political Energy

Lawmakers are investigating the massive power failure that hit several U.S. states and southern Canada last month. Although the precise cause of the blackout remains a mystery, members of Congress from both parties are brimming with suggestions, and solutions. NPR's Christopher Joyce reports.
