NPR's Ivan Watson reports that an international peacekeeping division led by Poland has taken over the occupation of southern Iraq. U.S. Marines have been replaced by troops from the Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, Mongolia and half a dozen other nations. One major obstacle the multinational force has to overcome is the language barrier.
