Tougher U.S. visa and security restrictions have many Middle Easterners seeking medical treatment in Europe instead of prominent American facilities. The loss of foreign clients has resulted in a significant loss of income for cities such as Rochester, Minn., home of the renowned Mayo Clinic. Hear Minnesota Public Radio's Erin Galbally.
