Security Council Members Discuss Iraq Resolution

U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan meets with foreign ministers of five Security Council nations in Geneva to discuss language compromises that would allow a new Security Council resolution to open way for U.N. peacekeeping and nation-building participation in Iraq.
