The U.N. Security Council is expected to pass a formal resolution Monday urging Israel not to send Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat into exile. A poll shows 58 percent of Israelis favor his expulsion. At his West Bank compound, Arafat prepares to resist any attempt to seize him. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
