A bureaucratic fight dissolves World Trade Organization talks in Cancun, Mexico. The five-day meeting of trade ministers had focused largely on farm subsidies, and a deal was near. But a sideline dispute pitting industrial nations against developing countries led to the collapse. NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports.
