Wesley Clark to Launch Presidential Bid

Retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark will formally declare his presidential candidacy Wednesday in Little Rock, Ark. The four-star general, who served as NATO Supreme Commander during the war in Kosovo, joins a Democratic field already crowded with nine other candidates. Hear NPR's Mara Liasson.
