Edwards Makes White House Run Official
Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina formally announces his drive to win the Democratic presidential nomination. Speaking at an old textile mill in Robbins, N.C., where his father once worked, Edwards promises to repeal the Bush tax cuts, saying the president's policies ignore the middle class in favor of the rich.
