Appeals Court May Consider Calif. Recall Ruling

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals says it may review a decision issued Monday by a panel of its own judges that postponed California's gubernatorial recall election. The panel ruled the use of punch-card voting machines would disenfranchise some voters. NPR's Richard Gonzales reports.
