Texas Redistricting Battle Continues

The tug-of-war over redistricting in Texas intensifies as boycotting Democratic state senators return home and vow to continue fighting. On Monday, Republican Sentators walked out of a special legislative session after just four minutes. NPR's Tavis Smiley gets an update from both sides — Democratic Sen. Royce West and Republican Sen.
