NYSE Chief Grasso Resigns

Richard Grasso, chairman and chief executive of the New York Stock Exchange, resigns amid a public outcry over his $140 million compensation package. Grasso had been under mounting pressure from board members, shareholders and financial industry executives who called his pay excessive for the head a regulatory body. Hear NPR's Jim Zarroli.
