On Tuesday, Gen. David Petraeus, the commander of U.S. forces in Iraq, wrapped up his second day of testimony on Capitol Hill. He has been speaking to lawmakers about the prospects and timing for further progress in the war in Iraq. Saleh Mutlaq, a member of Iraq's parliament from the minority Sunni bloc, talks with Madeleine Brand about the reaction from Iraq to Petraeus' testimony.
