The Bush administration seeks to expedite oil and gas drilling in an area of Montana known as the Rocky Mountain Front. Residents are evenly divided between those who want the economic benefits of petroleum production and those who oppose drilling because of the potential environmental damage. NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports.
