Saudi Women

Women account for only five percent of the Saudi workforce, yet more women are finding it necessary to work under the kingdom's poor economy. Saudi women are working in fields that they never did before, and in some instances. they are working in gender-mixed spaces, considered a major taboo by the kingdom's religious establishment. NPR's Kate Seelye reports how the Saudi culture is learning to handle the changes.
