Economists Cautious About Impact of Tax Cuts

Many economists say the recent round of tax cuts are behind the summer's sizable jump in consumer spending. White House officials say this proves that the tax cuts approved last spring are beginning to have an effect. But some economists also caution that a weak job market threatens to undermine the impact of the cuts. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
