A high level Israeli delegation meets Monday in Washington, D.C., with National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. They'll be discussing the security barrier Israel is building in the West Bank. Israeli officials say they're willing to compromise to prevent the Bush administration from deducting the cost of controversial sections of the barrier from U.S. loan guarantees to Israel.
