On Monday, a panel of judges from the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit listened to arguments that might reverse an earlier ruling to postpone the October 7 recall election of California Gov. Gray Davis until next March. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks to advocates from both sides of the issue — Ben Wizner, staff attorney at the ACLU in Southern California, and Ted Costa, CEO of People's Advocate, Inc. and a proponent of the recall.
