Impact of Bush's U.N. Speech on Iraq

President Bush addressed the U.N. general assembly yesterday in an attempt to gain support for rebuilding Iraq. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks about the impact of the president's speech with Susan Rice, a senior fellow of foreign policy at the Brookings Institute, and Bill Smullen, deputy director of the Maxwell School's National Security Studies program.
