Judge May Expand Wal-Mart Sex Bias Suit

A federal judge in San Francisco is considering whether a sex discrimination lawsuit against Wal-Mart should be elevated to class-action status. The retail giant is accused of systematic bias against women in both pay and promotions. NPR's Elaine Korry reports.
