DeLay Seeks Support for Iraq Funding

President Bush's proposed spending increase for operations in Iraq has frustrated many lawmakers. But NPR's Andrea Seabrook reports that now Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay is trying to rally support for the spending request.
