Listeners Talk with Tavis Smiley

NPR's Tavis Smiley recently asked his listeners to weigh in on current events on the air, and two were chosen: Bill McDonald of Orange County, Calif., and Kenyetta Giles Haynes from Chicago. They discuss a range of news items, including President Bush's United Nations address, Iraq, the California gubernatorial recall — and what they're most hopeful about.
