Restoring Detainees' Habeas Corpus Rights

Congress revoked the right to habeas corpus for non-citizen enemy combatants last year. If reinstated, it would affect the detainees at Guantanamo Bay, some of whom have been held without charge for up to five years. Dahlia Lithwick, legal analyst with the online magazine Slate talks to Madeleine Brand about the Senate's possible vote to restore the detainees' right.
