'Do-Not-Call' List Blocked Again

A federal judge in Denver blocks the national "Do Not Call" list, saying the registry would violate free speech rights. The ruling comes hours after Congress passes legislation aimed at overturning another federal judge's decision to stop the program, which was set to begin blocking unwanted sales calls on Oct. 1.
