NPR's Scott Simon talks with Adnan Pachachi, a member of the Iraqi Governing Council. This week, he sat in his old seat at the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Pachachi was Iraq's foreign minister and ambassador to the United Nations before the 1968 coup that eventually brought Saddam Hussein to power.
