John Hope Bryant, founder of Operation Hope, offers seminars on financial literacy in low-income communities in order to spur homeownership. Those who know little about mortgages and managing money were hurt most in the housing crisis. But Bryant bristles at the suggestion that subprime borrowers aren't up to the challenge of owning homes. He speaks with Renee Montagne.
