A complete set of seven, special edition, Harry Potter books is under lock and key in the U.K. Each one has been signed by author JK Rowling. She donated the signed books to raise money for the Books Abroad charity. Books Abroad will auction off the books on e-Bay Sept. 24. They hope Harry Potter can conjure up to $40,000.
