In his recent address to the nation, President Bush said the U.S. mission in Iraq has and will continue to evolve. For one U.S. service member, the mission in Iraq is clear: Secure Iraq for its citizens. But for many ordinary Americans, answering the question "What is the official U.S. mission in Iraq?" is not nearly as easy.
