Slate's Jurisprudence: Do Not Call List
NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with Slate legal analyst Dahlia Lithwick about the latest controversy surrounding the federal "Do Not Call" list designed to block telemarketing phone calls. Now the list, intended to take effect tomorrow, has itself been blocked by federal courts — but the FCC might ignore the rulings.
