Powell Seeks More Mideast Investment

Secretary of State Colin Powell urges more investment in the Middle East as a way to prevent future violence in the region. Powell made his comments at a Detroit conference aimed at promoting U.S.-Mideast economic ties. But some Arab leaders say American policy on Iraq is an impediment to investment.
