Bush Sees Justification for War in Iraqi Arms Report

President Bush travels to Milwaukee to give an upbeat assessment of the economy, noting that the latest employment report shows more jobs created than lost in September. The President also greeted with enthusiasm the report of U.S. weapons inspectors in Iraq, even though they have yet to find the weapons of mass destruction the administration has said they will find. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
