A new poll indicates confidence in President Bush is slipping. Last winter, NPR's Linda Wertheimer gauged the opinion of people living in St. Charles, Missouri, on the eve of the war in Iraq. She recently went back to see what those folks are thinking. Wertheimer reports on her findings.
