Texas Republicans reach a deal on a new congressional map that is expected to result in more GOP seats. The redistricting plan had been held up for months, first by resistance from Democrats and later by GOP infighting. U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX), the House majority leader, played a key role in brokering the state agreement. NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports.
